Returns and Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, all purchases are considered final sale unless the product is damaged or not as advertised. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed pictures so we can resolve the issue promptly. Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Exchanges
If you’ve received the wrong size or wish to exchange your item, we’re happy to assist. Items must be unworn, unused, and in new condition to qualify for an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the correct size.
